TIFFOZI offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all purchases. If, for any reason during the first 7 days you are not happy with an item you received from us, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please be aware that returns and exchanges can only be processed for items that are in the same condition as received.
Items that have been worn, stained, smell of fragrances or have been otherwise used are not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, if you have purchased a limited time only design and wish to process an exchange we cannot guarantee the availability of other sizes for that item, however, we will exchange your item for another of equal or lesser value.
All shipping costs associated with exchanges and returns must be paid by the buyer. In the event of a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error, shipping will be paid by TIFFOZI .
